Ratings and reviews

Ads are rather invasive. App is well designed and they offer cloud access, though the cloud access offers a login by email option where the app doesn't. Also once you sign up, you are locked into that Google account, period, even if your account under that login has been deleted, which makes me ask if they actually follow through with deletion request. My suggestion is to just go with Google Drive if you need 10 free GB.

I subscribed for 5TB yearly plan, tried to upload files to the said cloud, and failed. I cannot upload big files at all. The reason I subscribed is to be able to upload and store big files to ease up my phone storage. But every time, it says 0 file upload successfully. How is it a success when you upload nothing? It is really frustrating. Paying for the service I cannot use. I gave it 2 stars because I can upload small files. STILL not really useful.

Awful experience- did not load all photos after days of uploading and then it had loads of duplicates and only a quarter of the photos saved. Tried to delete but wouldn't allow and when it did allow it wanted me to delete each photo one by one rather than whole album. I've logged back in today and started from scratch it says its showing the lowest amount of storage to use despite me paying £23 for the highest amount. Please can someone contact me as when I emailed, I've had no contact back.
