At first, this app was working fine, but this time it's been really frustrating. My account keeps getting logged out. Every time I try to open it, it takes several attempts to log in, even though the username and password are correct. When I finally manage to log in and try to transfer money, the transaction keeps failing. Then the app closes on its own, and when I reopen it, I'm logged out again. I have to go through the login process repeatedly. It's very frustrating.

A simple mobile banking app with easy sign-up, making a deposit, but it's hard to transfer your money even in the same bank with lagging otp. It's very frustrating when navigating this time-forgotten app. More improvements are needed to attract online depositors. Inoperable. Fund transfer to GCash or any other bank is not available, I tried many times to no avail. Funds are trapped.

Your app isn't a user-friendly. Still got the same error "wrong details provided" even when the phone number is already updated. The second error is "the username or email has ongoing association..." Already reinstalled the app and still can't sign in. I find Cebuana as one of the convenient savings partner but won't allow me to sign in. Hope you can fix your app bug as this is totally inconvenience going back and forth to your branch and still unable to seek resolution to it. Thanks!
