Ever since the most recent update, I now receive a connection error when attempting to view clients through the app. Yes, I re-downloaded the app. Yes, I am able to see the information via website. No, there are no corresponding issues with the MyCoach app. Nothing but a series of truly disappointing problems. I will give until the end of this billing cycle to fix these issues and improve ease of use.

Constantly crashes. Server not reachable prompts. Can't read the forms from the phone. If you upload photos in Lessons you need to resize them. Update: tech support was prompt, open to suggestions and very professional at handling the above-mentioned issues. They said forms are available on the phone after the latest update. For these reasons I changed the rating from 1 to 3.

This app has major bugs with the Google phone interaction. If I open coach catalyst on a desktop or a laptop and log into my account it will not allow me to open the app on my phone. It does not recognize my password or my email address. It will not function on my phone at all. And if I try to go to the coach catalyst website on my phone I can only see half the screen. It will not show anything else. It is not mobile friendly. I have never been more frustrated with an app than with this one.
