The app was good before the recent update, but now it takes a very long time to deliver funds, making it inefficient as a financial service. Customer service is not always available, and the voice recordings on the app are very poor.

don't transfer money through this app, I transferred to my India account one almost one day and waited for the transfer but it was not done then I called the customer service and they said there are some technical issues so the transaction was rejected we will refund your money and they done the refund same day but the issues they not informed me i called the customer service then only I got the refund. Main issue is refund money we can't transfer directly to our local bank account worst service

thieves. I used the app to send money to someone yesterday, it still haven't arrived until now, and there is no way for me to dispute the transaction. I don't even know where I'm supposed to go to complain. this app adds nothing new that others haven't done already and they are not even doing it right. I guess I can kiss that money goodbye and never use this scam app again. lesson learned.
