DON'T build your business around this service. We chose it because of the Intuit branding, but it seems to be just a rebranded older version of Corrigo's work order management software that's still stuck in 2012. When Intuit makes changes to their API, the service isn't updated until a day or two AFTER something breaks. There are broken links in the web app that have never been fixed after JLL acquired Corrio in 2015. The support agents are polite, but don't seem familiar with the product.

Bee using since 2014. Pretty good app and desktop interface. Program is really easy to use and navigate. However no useful updates. Unable to text alert customer, Unable to schedule online, When tracking equipment information and custom attributes previous work order equipment information is erased, thus making it difficult to have a clear understanding of equipment previously worked on. Also when taking payments it does not show a zero balance on the invoice.

As a service tech, I don't experience many issues with this app. I would suggest adding a second "signature" screen so customers can print their name. Additionally, it'd be great to have the option to see active status on work orders (such as en route and working) on the notification bar. I often forget to pause work orders but I'll always see notifications.
