I really like this app. It's convenient checking balances & other details on the go without having to call or use a laptop. However, it frequently crashes. When it does, it's at the most inopportune time. Error says: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. However, the error NEVER corrects itself - even after force quitting or restarting. The only way to fix is to uninstall which is very annoying as you have to re-enter you user and pass which I don't always remember.

I love the app. It's easy to use and gives enough information. There are several additional items you can use but it doesn't always transition as well. I would give it a 5 if it didn't freeze sometimes in between accounts. Still a great app to have.

Have used the app for a short period with no problems. Yesterday when I try to start the app, a pop up window tells me it will not stay open. Another app started doing the same. Did uninstall several times and now I have stopped using it. The app has been removed. I had no way to troubleshoot it.
