This updated app does not show call minutes and sms send in the current or previous billing period. I found this very useful in the previous app. The previous app would show the total data volume used, amount rolled over and amount of roll over left in a billing period. I can’t find information on my current plan, such as anniversary date, the roaming locations or call costs on the new app. The new app is difficult to find settings such as voicemail, roaming and international call settings.

Please give your subscribers an ad free version of this app!!! I DO NOT want ads about upgrades. Why do you think I would be interested in paying five times as much for more data when I don't use my current allowance??? At least show sensible ads! App used to be fine until a couple of months ago, then it stopped working completely, then I had to re-register, and now the new version of the app is cluttered up with ads I don't want! Atrocious.

Hi Rolf, thank you for sharing your feedback. Customers had to re-register, as we overhauled our identity management service to enhance security and allow managing multiple plans with a single login. I've updated the app twice now and still you haven't fixed the issue!!!! You never send the email with the one time passcode. Joke!!!! Good job I never go near or over my usage as can't check it. Why have you made it that you have to start all over again just for updating the app???!!! Ridiculous!!!!! So I've emailed your so called app support 3 times now with still no real help, joke!!!!!! 4/10 - updated app but it has not fixed the bug where the email is sent for the one time passcode!!!!!!!
