I'm a birmingham bartender and enjoy the ability to pick up shifts, no long term commitment. However, the most frustrating thing I have encountered is feedback from prospective jobs. If you aren't going to hire a candidate, someone should provide feedback to the candidate rather than leaving us hanging. I understand I won't get hired for every job I apply for, but someone needs to provide feedback or at least reject the application so capable workers aren't left hanging, waiting for a response

its been over a year since I haven't been able to get on this app I was going Thur a bad time and a rough patch and its like how long does it take a lifetime to get back on the app.
