Get a message when a new bill is ready and payment reminders to keep you connected. The app also shows energy usage over the last twelve months, by units (kWh) and dollar value.Report power outages as well as faults on street lights, lines and poles. The notification feature will send messages about power outages that may affect you and provide updated restoration information.Use the Profiles section to add multiple accounts for home, business, rented premises and other accounts for which you have permission. All the information needed to add an account can be found on the electricity bill.The mobile app helps you to stay in touch with what’s happening at Grenlec. Receive information about planned maintenance in your area that may affect your service, customer promotions, safety tips, how to manage your energy and more.

The usage data for one account disappeared with the last update. I cleared the cash and restarted the app and still the same.

This is a fair attempt at a utilities app and is much more convenient than going into a Grenlex office or waiting on the bill via post. I do wish they included features such as payment and itemized cost but hopefully those will come in a subsequent update. The app allows you to easily view your usage trends over a 12 no the period as well as the cost. The user interface is very user friendly with clearly labelled sections and an easy on the eye colour palette.

This Grenlec App sucks!!! I can't see a detailed bill for viewing charges nor can I make a payment. This App is only for Grenlec purposes not for customers!! I can see what kwh I used (fair) however I cannot see what I have been charged for..Trash! We need to see the entire charges: nonfuel, fuel, vat, maintenance, delivery,environmental charges etc.. come on Grenlec you can make this Better.
