Ratings and reviews

The app shows error and does not launch quoting security reasons. The actual problem is that the app doesn't work when other bank apps are installed in the device while it works only if there are no other apps like from Amex or Indus Ind. This is the worst bank etiquette I have seen and should be dealt with ombudsman complaints. No other bank app has such issues.

The app refuses to open up on my new handset citing security reasons. Reached to support via mail, didn't hear back. Moved my registered Sim back to old mobile and open the app there, the sign up fails now saying no Sim information while I am able to receive and do call from the old handset on the same SIM. it's so disappointing

This app is completely unusable on my device, which is running a stock, non-rooted version of Android 15. The app incorrectly claims my device is rooted and blocks access . The problems don't stop there. While using my IndusInd banking app, their security scan is now flagging the DBS App itself as potential malware, forcing it to close. This mutual incompatibility is unacceptable . Beyond these critical security bugs, the app's workflow is not user-friendly.
