I was referred to this app by a friend and I am very happy with it! This program is perfect for independent stylists. I wanted a program that would allow me to print reports for records and tax purposes. The monthly cost is worth it and is not over priced. I use it to record my sales and keep track of my appointements. I do not use half of the features which makes it useful for many different businesses with a clientele. You can personalize your services and prices and many more features. Customer service is extremely helpful and informative with many tips to navigate the program for individual needs.

It constantly crashes on my Samsung. Poor product development if you ask me. Text feature has error messages frequently and delayed texts and they get mixed up with other clients from time to time which makes the business look unorganized. It shows as just a phone # versus a name and actually being in the system. Best part is when customers type cancel for their appt they get opted out of the system.

Constant glitching with both app & website. Limited reports. None whatsoever on discounts. They do updates without any notice. My clients' notes randomly get deleted 🤯😡 Clients have to ALWAYS put in their credit card info even though it's saved to their account. So if one family books 5 different appointments, they then have 5 of the same card added to their account. Unnecessary
