Ratings and reviews

Even after updates, in the last month I do not get notifications on the app that something I am watching is coming to an end or if other bids are received or I've been outbid (happened yesterday). I hardly get emails. I get tons of emails on offers or "you recently viewed this item". If you are a seller this is not good, they are not notifying buyers that the auction is coming to an end, etc. I checked my notification settings and they are correctly marked. Disappointed bidder

I've been using ebay since 1999, buying and selling. I've gone through so many iterations of the site, mostly improvements. The app is great - the search tool works the same as the website, it's easy to make a purchase or post an item, keep track of your purchases or inventory. I just wish there was a way to block mega sellers when you're looking for a true vintage or authentic item. Otherwise fast accurate, easy to use.

Have been using this app for years. Have recently been forced to reevaluate my rating down to one star after a few issues concerning product quality, but the final straw was a seller cancelling an item when I won and they didn't get enough money. That's what minimum buds are for! I was not consulted about this cancellation, just "oh well, you don't get that computer that you just paid for that you need for work!" So in response, oh well... 1. Star.
