Ratings and reviews

The app works but it's WAY slower on Android than it is on Apple. I tested on a few devices even my Pixel 9a and scanning documents was about 3-4 times slower than on my iPad. It's painful and there is no reason for it! I'm sick of apps and services working better on Apple products when there is no reason for it. The printer is doing the work, not the phone! They are on the same network and everything.

when it works it works great. for some reason once in a while it just won't connect to my phone when I'm trying to print. if I turn it off then turn it back on it seems to work when for some reason it won't. I wish they could figure out how to get the Wi-Fi mobile printing figured out to where you didn't have to fight these things so bad but the print quality is good. using the app not so good but ok

one thing that needs to change is being able to select more than one .pdf document at a time, unless I'm doing something wrong. when I print pictures the app lets me select a bunch of pictures then hit the print button and they all print out, easy. For .pdf documents I can only select one document at a time, not easy and a big waste of my time. I had to print out 8 documents today. search, find, select, print, wait, repeat. I should be able to select all 8 .pdf's hit print and go about my day
