A lot is easy, but, for example, there's no way to cancel a print job, the search feature doesn't even answer if it can't be found -- just a message to in answer to that would be good. It's a serviceable little machine, but for some of it, being a 20 year IT veteran was necessary, mostly regarding how to coordinate between app and printer.

I accidentally entered the wrong password at setup. The app would NOT let me try again. It sent me to a website with instructions that were VERY UNCLEAR and did NOT show my printer's panel. I finally figured out how to do it, then the app said to connect my device, with a "close" button--AND NO HELP. Then I tapped a different button on the app and FINALLY it connected. THEN I PRINTED AN IMAGE. 😡😡😡😡😡 It cut the image off!!! I was hoping Epson's app would be better than Canon's. HELLLLLP!

The et 3000 series printers are amazing but the app no way. Since their ink saves money, this is the only printer company that matters. All others are dead to me. But the app keeps insisting l need Google Drive to do things, sync wifi type to phone and authentication issues even when saying yes to Google Drive. Other apps don't ask me for Google Drive, don't struggle to log into Google Drive, and they allow me to stay on 5G while printer is on 2.4G. I'm now exclusively to third party apps.
