Ratings and reviews

The app automatically takes you to 2 factor authentication upon logging in. when you select your option of where to send the verification code, it just never sends it. This has been going on for over a month now with no fix. I even tried their website and it does the same. How in blazes do you call yourselves "Esurance" if your online features are this broken. so now I have to sit on hold in a phone call and pay my already expensive insurance that way. I'm cancelling my policy soon tbh.

App keeps crashing, and doesn't let you update card info. Let's not talk about how slowly it loads up. Changed bank card recently, and tried to update card info. Keeps saying invalid card info, when the card worked for other purchases I've made today. So then I tried to chat with an agent in app. When the chat asked me to type my issue, I did, hit send, app takes me back to log in screen. Tried again, app crashed, ad infinitum. Fix your app!

Roadside assistance NEVER WORKS in the app. But when you call, the prompt takes minutes of your life away telling you how easy it is to use roadside assistance IN THE APP. Also, my rates went up by $50+ in the last year, so I'm using roadside assistance and then switching insurance. additionally, can't edit contact info. the save button doesn't do ANYTHING.

The team added Multi Factor Authentication and knocked off some bugs and made some experience improvements, helping to make your (insurance) lives easier.
