Glitches linking wallet, glitches with crypto pool, and they don't clearly tell you how it all works, meaning I lost my tokens at the end of the pool cycle because I never saw a notification or email about it and when I logged in, turns out they keep your crypto if you don't claim from the pool in time. Of all the projects I want not to be a scam, this one is tops. But alas it just FEELS a bit scammy, and at the least sloppily ran for a project. Can't see it getting mass adoption at this stage.

We apologize for the glitches, confusion, and lost tokens. We understand your frustration and are actively improving clarity on pool deadlines and app stability. We disagree with the "scam" label. Please email support@ethersuite.io with your account details so we can investigate your lost tokens. Our FAQ is here: https://ethermail.io/faqs

It's one of my favorite emails it's amazing. Edit: Was amazing then about a couple weeks ago all my emails disappeared(don't know how to get them back). On top of that when they changed the @ud.me to @ethermail all my 2-factors for this email basically got locked out because I could receive the email. What happened? Would of been nice to have heads up or something.

I am very sorry for the frustration. The domain change from @ud.me to @ethermail may have caused a technical sync glitch. Please re-sign the "Retrieve Keys" prompt to restore your emails. For your 2-FA lockout, contact support@ethersuite.io immediately; I’ll ensure it’s handled on a high-priority basis to restore access!

when it works it works but when it doesn't I just tried logging in on a restored device (google isn't linked so wallet connect it the only option) I tried the qr code then safepal then trust wallet was trying for over an hour was about to give up and consider the account lost then I hit retry and it just logged on

Thanks for sharing this experience. We understand how frustrating wallet connection issues can be, especially on a restored device. WalletConnect can sometimes take a few retries depending on network or session sync. We’re working to improve stability to make login smoother. If it happens again, please let us know at support@ethersuite.io.
