I recently made a deposit on the Etisalat Cash app. The process was completed successfully, and the amount was deducted from my card, but the transaction is missing from the app’s history. My card issuer confirmed the transaction with a receipt, but Etisalat Cash denied it occurred and refused to log a complaint. I've attached the receipt for verification. Could you confirm if the receipt is fraudulent or if the transaction didn’t reach Etisalat? I’m considering leaving a negative review

I'm left cluless Basically, the app layout is simple and seems easy to use. However, there is not enough info on how to use it. There has to be a detailed guide as for what exactly each option on the list can do: what exactly to do to pay a bill, what exactly to do to have an online card, etc. When I call the customer service and ask them how to use the app, I find them as clueless as me. The app has a lot of potential and it would really make life easier for people, but please fix this, thanks.
