Whenever I Touch Anything The App Says: " Your request can not be completed at the moment, please try again later". I Can't Use The App. The Only Solution Is To Sign-Out And Sign-In Every Time I Open The App After Closing It. This Takes So Much Time. This Is So Frustrating.

UPDATE 08/08/2026 STILL NOT WORKING. WHAT A SHAMEFUL IT DEPARTMENT ----------------------------------------- The updated app doesn't start at all. I've tried all the recipes of magic & no good. Etisalat hotline refers me to the app technical support 4400 & nobody answers at all. You have only one option to download the app, but it's not working. Live chat is not working anywhere. WhatsApp chat is a bot & no one answers. Terrible App update!!!!!!!!! Somebody call me. Shame on you!!!!

The app has become very bad; it opens for only a few seconds and then closes. It's impossible to check your balance or complete any transactions within the app. This problem has persisted for a long time and hasn't been resolved.
