An issue was experienced while using the application. I redeemed my coins in exchange for a meal; however, I did not receive either the voucher or the meal, despite the coins being deducted from my account. I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it was not resolved.. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and resolved appropriately, either by providing the correct voucher/meal or offering fair compensation equivalent to the value of what was lost.

For a while now i have been recharging using aqwa kart through the app, and each time i am rewarded a recharge gift, for the last 2 or 3 times the redemption link doesn't work! everytime i click it it leads to the my e& gifts section on the app but shows nothing! please review this and sort it out.

I used to visit a branch to get things sorted, but now the app lets me manage everything myself, rarely requiring an in-person visit. Great experience, and Saves me a lot of time and effort!
