the worse company you could deal with avoid it at all cost.you go in loops to find customer service online then they take your money from your account if the renewal failed then you end up with no credit in the middle of nowhere. and you ask for complaints and suggestions and they act like they don't understand the language we are speaking and saying that it's not a complaint so they cannot do anything.it is not like other etisalat branches internationally we're they say that your credit is used

I have had 10's of problems with this app and now it's been almost 2 weeks not updating any piece of information. Everything gives the lousy message "Your request can not be completed at the moment, please try again later". Later never comes.

It's nice, but it's overwhelmed with plenty of features, some of which are not that relevant to all. Furthermore organization of such features isn't the best of breeds; its not an easy job to find what you need, it may take some hassle to reach what you want.
