This app is progressively getting more useless by the day not to mention the horrible WiFi and every day I call the customer support there is a different gimmick for a system that's only worse than the previous I can't even take my money back I have been paying money and time for issues THEY MADE there was literally no problem and they decided to switch my system up and now there hardly any WiFi can't call just stupid calls to rate there service and a ton of messages of fake "gifts"

Very bad customer service In addition to many technical problems in the application and voice service They treat you in the worst way, as if you were poor when you asked for one of your rights, and most of the gifts are fake, One of the worst mobile networks in Egypt. One of the employees from the currency service tried to trick me into deleting the rating, but he did not solve the problem and was satisfied with tricking me, They haven't improved anything; the same problems persist in the app.

The app is good, it's doing its job, but i have a technical issue, the bundle i have is eHome wireless, and it always shows the bundle in MB not GB and this is a problem for me because I can't detect exactly my consumption.
