the worest application ever and give false information ... I have ordered a mobile and it gave me that it will be delivered on 11th to 13th of March, though up till now I didn't receive it and when I called the cust. service it told me the app is giving false info and you can't even cancel it or complain

UPDATE 14.03: Hassan, your link is broken! (Request cannot be processed). I've been waiting for 2 weeks to activate my Carrier Billing after switching to Postpaid at the Omar Lotfy branch. My account is in a "stuck" state. I am a long-term customer, but I'm being ignored Customer support is completely unreachable. I switched from prepaid to postpaid, Etisalat staff told me it was required to use Google Play billing. After the change, my number still cannot be connected to Google Play (error 03)

customer service doesn't answer and the application is horrible and taking money away from my balance without explaining.i can't renew my bundle and you don't clarify why.I pay a lot every month only to have little minutes.Too much ads and offer messages without any reason.
