An issue was experienced while using the application. I redeemed my coins in exchange for a meal; however, I did not receive either the voucher or the meal, despite the coins being deducted from my account. I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it was not resolved.. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and resolved appropriately, either by providing the correct voucher/meal or offering fair compensation equivalent to the value of what was lost.

UPDATE 14.03: Hassan, your link is broken! (Request cannot be processed). I've been waiting for 2 weeks to activate my Carrier Billing after switching to Postpaid at the Omar Lotfy branch. My account is in a "stuck" state. I am a long-term customer, but I'm being ignored Customer support is completely unreachable. I switched from prepaid to postpaid, Etisalat staff told me it was required to use Google Play billing. After the change, my number still cannot be connected to Google Play (error 03)

The app allowed me to subscribe to viu once only, and when I renewed my package, it tells me that there is no subscription in the viu platform, and in the e& app, it tells me there is a subscription. My package is Hekaya 80. update: now I can use my subscription, thank you e& team.
