App features were working well once logged in. But now, like so many other financial services apps, problems with authentication have rendered the mobile app useless. Seems like I spend more time proving who I am than I do actually using these fintech apps. The question naturally arises, haven't we gone too far down this path to dependency upon machine-based automation?

Solid Banking app; however, just recently an employer asked d if I had Zelle or venko so I set sights on Zellweger (didn't know they were already basically working together) but I downloaded Zelle app and go to sign in and then choose bank. And then get a notice saying your bank has zelle already just log in to your bank app and choose pay with zelle.. but I go to banking app and it's literally NOwhere to be found. Even watched the YouTube vid on where it's at and mines just not there... ?
