Initial setup is nightmare. Usability is not good to put it softly! I tried to setup Wi-Fi Plug Pro 14 data logger and I spend like hour and half to figure out what needs to be done. Constant "Targeting permission is not enabled" error on the screen when trying to connect to the data logger. What is this supposed to mean?! All app permissions were already given. Also why do I need to go through the login every time?!

App is not connecting after updating from Aug-2025. I have been trying many times but not connected, before the update it was working very well but now it is not connecting & neither is its PN No. showing in Wi-Fi. I am very dissatisfied & disappointed with this App.

please do something about the app. we are not able to check generation on the mobile very poor app. not showing correct reading and no response from support team as well. would not recommend anyone to buy the product related to this app. very poor services. app is not functioning and no support at all
