it's a greedy company, don't know the value of old customers. we have multiple properties, we are adding 1 property every year and every year the price increases at 20%. it's a very bad experience with after that it's converted from ezeetechnosys to yanojla. hopefully in future we will move to another software, there is so many software in markets but we prefer this software because our whole staff learned and can work on easily.

Whenever they upgrade they make blunders.I am really not sure if they check before upgrading. After update need uninstall and reinstall the app. My ticket id WI-1497 and almost I have uninstalled and install the app numerous time

No customer ID Scan, even though they promote the function... And all ID Scanner options via Absolute are simply disastrous
