They used to give you a free animal when you're animal passed away, or the tracker stopped tracking. I no longer get the option to get a new animal to track, and quite frankly that is just bad business... I have spent more money than I honestly should, for two bracelets. I am now only tracking, one animal. I think you should go back to the old method where, if your animal stopped tracking, you can get a free animal to track. The new method just makes me not want to purchase any more products.

I like this app but the amount of times I've "won a free bracelet" only to have the app unable to redeem it for me has actually hurt my mental health, when I originally got this to boost it. I'm considering uninstalling. Everytime I get the notification I get so excited only to be super sad once I get there and the app stops working. Don't get my hopes up if you're not actually going to follow through. Update 2025: it's still happening, I'm uninstalling.

I was gifted a dolphin for Christmas 2 yrs ago. I have since bought 12 for my family. It is such a cool concept, and I really liked it. I work in front facing customer service,and it is a great conversation starter, I keep getting notifications for buy 2 get 1 free, and have tried to take advantage of this, but it just keeps adding to my cart, but will not let me check out. It is beyond frustrating, and I honestly never mind paying full price, but why offer discounts if you can't honor them.
