Since Dungeon Raid seems to have vanished, this game was a nice surprise to stumble into. The Gameplay of the original is preserved, which I appreciate very much. However, I find the graphics inconsistent in style and quality. The original had no character portraits in game, and the monster tiles were abstract symbols. I felt that served the original game well, as it left room for the imagination and allowed a greater focus on appealing (albeit static) symbols. Still a great game. Great work!

I can't stop playing this game. It's a very addicting match 3 or more game, but with a lot of twists. You can use one sword to attack one enemy, you can match diagonally, it has both luck and strategy moments for sure and a decent difficulty to continue past wave 5. I wish there were more death sounds for the enemies because just the two sounds at the rate you kill enemies is a bit annoying. The other audio is great! Also there's no p2w items.. I can't even find a cash shop.

Great that you enjoy the game. Until we add more sounds you can also deactivate death & damage sounds in the settings menu. EDIT: Version 1.03 gets released today and includes more sounds. More will be added with the following update.

There is some fun to be had here and the mechanics are fine, but this game suffers from some significant balance issues. Enemy health and damage typically increase faster than the player's ability to keep up with them. The weapon tile is also so much more powerful to the player than others that if an insufficient number of them drop during a boss fight, the player just loses. Enjoyment quickly turns to frustration.
