Ratings and reviews

This has been so painful. This app was clearly designed by someone who never bothered to test. Apart from it constantly crashing, user interface being completely unreliable and makes no sense. I've spent a ridiculous number of hours trying to get a the searches correct only to then view a hotel and the search disappear. Today i finally got a shortlist of 6 holidays (kid you not this took the better part of two days) only to try to view them and surprise surprise they also disappeared. 0 stars!

This used to be pretty good to be fair. They must have let the TUI developers get to it. Now it's appalling. Crashes, freezes, there are missing buttons that have garbage computer jargon on them, links that don't work, contact us or complaint options that lead to random places on their site. Theo the pointless assistant that gives you a bubble response with a time but no content. Not even simple questions can be answered. No wonder TUI is losing out to other holiday businesses.

Dreadful. Ooops something went wrong. Please try later! Not helpful when you've spent a week trying to download your boarding pass.
