App issue! Phone: s21 I just downloaded the app and signed in. The app is a snippet of the mobile website version. I don't have an option for filters like the browser. Usually an app version should be as good or better than the mobile version. I'm disappointed. Living in Florida I know there's a lot of options to go through when planning a day trip for the end of summer. I was hoping for either more filter options like dining box or not or even a keyword search to look for spa passes.

very poor. booked a resort day pass where kids under 3 are listed as free. after reserving. fine print states kids are not allowed. we would have lost our money if we didn't catch and and cancel the reservation. we then booked another platform without any issue and received the tickets including the children. beware using this platform. you can end up losing your money and being without tickets last minute. highly suggest booking directly with hotel or using other platforms.

Will steal your money. Terrible customer service. I requested a refund via email well within the approved time frame. The customer service rep emailed me back and told me I could not get my refund because it was not within the approved time frame (it was >24 hours in advance) I was recommended this service by somebody that works there that is a friend of mine and am terribly disappointed. I'm also locked out of my account and am told to try changing the zoom or device- completely inappropriate.
