Ratings and reviews

I am going to echo what many others have said in their reviews. The app is so clunky and archaic. Biometric sign-in keeps failing, no matter how many times I set it up. I have now moved all of my money out of this bank. --- I did not give it 1 star, because the bank at least still paid me the accrued interest and I did not encounter any issues transferring my money out.

When you set up biometrics it still asks for your password which makes it very difficult for older people to use this app.It confuses them easily. This needs to be fixed because you can't just use the biometrics you have to enter your password over and over and over even though you have biometrics set up. It's extremely frustrating. I'm thinking about transferring to another bank just because of this situation.

Constantly have to reset biometrics by 2FA when logging into the app. If I was changing devices, geo location, wifi, etc, that would make total sense, but this is just a buggy app, and customer care couldn't care less about this known issue. I am looking to move my money to a better institution. The great savings interest rate is not worth the headache of having to 2FA 100% of the time. Why even offer biometrics enrollment?!
