When I first joined Royal Fitness, this app functioned perfectly. After about a month, however, I lost the ability to book classes through the app. All that is displayed under the book tab is the text "There's nothing nothing to book yet". I can book classes through the website, but this is a pain to do on a phone, and given that classes can only be booked a week in advance for understandable reasons, is a constant hassle. There's no real use to this app if it can't display the class schedule.

The app used to work perfectly, but over the last few months, I've been having issues. The first time I had an issue, it was quickly resolved by updating the app. Since then, the issue has returned and I am unable to resolve it. I've uninstalled-reinstalled the app multiple times, made sure my phone's software is up to date (whichbit is), and I am still unable to book classes through the app, as I only get a message of "There's nothing to book yet."

When the app is working, its great. However, the host company, Mind Body, performs updates to software that often requires the user to uninstall and then reinstall the app as well as to re-start your device. Currently, the app is NOT working on Android devices - reportedly, the host company performed an update that rendered the device useless on Android devices. This has been the status for over 2 weeks - very frustrating!!!
