Since the last app update, it's been very difficult to open the app and making class bookings. 10 out of 10 times, the app crashes and I have to reopen several times before I am able to make a booking. Also, don't understand why the feature to add booked class to calendar is not available anymore. Probably the only other function needed other than the actual class booking.

I have the same issue as other users have noted related to booking classes. The data reset workaround worked for me a few months ago, but now nothing works. I've literally tried everything and every mix of different possible fixes - signing out/in, resetting the app data and cache, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and even resetting my phone - nothing works, and hasn't for a long time. It's becoming increasingly clear that MindBody doesn't much care about it's Android users.

Crashes A LOT. Can't book sessions , cannot make new payment for new sessions. Forgets the card info and then doesn't accept new payment info, keeps showing 7 day trial when that's already used and no more available. Very poor experience.
