Its not an awful app but for whatever reason I can't book classes through the app. Fortunately, if you have an android, I found a comment on here about going into my settings, apps storage, and clearing the storage under F45 app and I was able to start booking again! This bug is really annoying and I hope it gets fixed but thanks to the dude who had this helpful info! The only reason I said it's not awful is because I can still see my future classes and I can cancel through the app no issue.

App was working fine but now I can't book anything beyond the current day. Before giving a poor review, I always try to alert the company of the issue. The email listed here generated an auto-reply directing me to a form that requires way to much effort. It literally won't allow me to submit without all my personal information and a location ID number that I don't have the time or desire to research. I spent the time giving this review instead of jumping through your feedback obstacle course.

FIX THIS APP NOW. Since the last update, the app doesn't work. "Oops, something went wrong retrieving data from the server. Please verify your internet connection and try again". I can't book classes. WHAT THE HELL? When the previous version of the app worked, it often tells me my studio doesn't do online bookings. I restart, then it works. I pay a LOT of money for F45. Everything runs through the app. FIX THIS NOW.
