Very worst and poor experience. I have ordered but I haven't received the product so I complained . Again also I haven't received the order so I complained once again but no response. I have lost my money. Felling dissapointed and distrustful. I'll never prefer shopsy, we can go with any other online shopping apps or website. It's totally a scam and fraud. 😐

This app is getting worse to the point of becoming a scam place.. 1st I received 1 product instead of 2, so I contacted the CC they told me to upload a picture of the issue to the link sent to my email but since my account isn't registered using email, I have to add 1 but they don't have any option to update your freaking account great! So I went back to contact them again but ofcourse I can't, cause the app keep flashing there is some kind of error double great! I can't even delete my account

One star is also too much there should be the option for zero star,most of the times they shos & send different things ,colour,size or quantity issue,they don't accept their fault,if we receive something different whatever there is colour, size or quantity issue they cancel or reject the replacement,return requedt multiple times to make customer very frustrated & irritating at the time of return, there were my supercoins & return product but they blocked account,& hold my money,fraud application
