I assumed this app would allow me to use my Droid like a wireless WiFi router to my laptop, but the name I gave it does not show up on my list of available networks. All my Bluetooth's are enabled on both devices but still no go. Apparently this app is for something quite different.

All it does is give you an extra app to turn your BUILT IN hotspot on. Every phone has this option, but most are throttled and become unusable. When we get a hotspot app, we want an app that uses our data as a hotspot instead of counting toward the mobile hotspot usage limit on our phone plans

The wifi did appear, but it wouldn't connect to my Xbox and Switch no matter how many times I tried. This app isn't worth installing.
