This app is trash. I withdrawn my funds and it's been 3 days now and still haven't got them. Do not download! Update Now nobody differently do NOT download I'm warning everyone. They want your ID social security card photo and bank statements to cash out. I ain't never had to do that with any other app to get my funds! And they don't even tell you till after I complained! Again do not download I would have this app taken down if I could!

5 days from initiating my withdrawal to it being in my account. Customer Service confirmed that is the standard timeframe. Too many other options to do anymore action with them. What a shame

They couldn't authenticate my new account even after 2 days despite providing all info. Support didn't answer my email for help. So I uninstalled.
