Do Not Use! Theft. The accept your money instantly. They refuse to release the money citing "account verification pending" AFTER 46 DAYS THEY STILL REFUSE TO RELEASE MY MONEY! I provided all required documentation as well from the very beginning. The app sucks as well. There is always qyite a lag when signing on and switching through the tabs. It also does not display correct current trading prices. Zero stars not an option, and I actually rate them in the negative. Horrible Company and app

Does not even show total purchase amount. You'd think that would be one of the main features of an investment app. I'll change my rating if they fix it. But so far you have to total everything by hand still... that's super time consuming. They probably do this because they do not want you to see the huge amount they charge you for each transaction, is my guess. And everything is extremely slow, which is extremely annoying when you want to actually trade.

This app was great when it started, it is now unusable. They make purchasing crypto very easy but pulling your money out after a deposit is a nightmare. The app "glitches" and fights you every step of the way. Then they only let you withdraw with major banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, etc. If you have a different bank you are SOL. Attempting to manually insert account and routing numbers results in an error message.
