Changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I encountered a problem in the app, hence gave the app 2 stars here. Within minutes, I was provided with a grievance redressal form and within some time after filling it, I was contacted by a greviance redressal staff in a very polite and courteous manner. App maybe a bit 'wobbly' but customer services are excellent. Very much satisfied with customer support.

Most pathetic insurance company. When the insurance needed to be issued in the first place, it was issued very smoothly because they were getting insurance payment. Now, in less than 2 months, when the ownership of the vehicle is changed, they are refusing to provide cover stating vague reasons that vehicle is not meeting their acceptance criteria. In mere 2 months, what condition of the vehicle has changed that is forcing them not to provide cover, their entire team is unable to answer this!!!

I took Digit Insurance for my XUV700 Car after comparing with many other companies but no one could match the price of Digit with all Add-ons, I am very happy with the prompt services and absolutely recommend it, Without doubt you can go for it and their App also gets update in real time and App is also quite useful and informative. over all I would say Go For It!
