Major disappointment: After unpacking the 2 items that I received, downloading the app, and getting everything set up, the system crashes instantly! I tried to get help through the "live assistant" (aka AI) and followed all of the prompts of the virtual assistant to no avail. I was then told that I would be connected with someone, but after waiting for a few minutes, I was told that no one was in until Monday. On Monday, I tried again (to no avail) and was told that answers take about 5 hours.

I don't think I've ever been so dissatisfied with a product. I've never. Really left a review for anything before, but if I can prevent somebody from going to the store and wasting their time. You're welcome it loses sight of the Mat. Half of the time does not calculate the swing, so you're just walking back-and-forth worth trying to tap. Your earphone over and over.

Great idea, poor results.. I was excited to try this out, but after an hour of trying to set it up.. It would not work. Calibration was off and could not register the mat. after getting around the calibration issue, it would not record my swings and kept making me try my swing again. When I attempted a quick 3 hole game, it was glitchy and the camera stopped working and only showed a black screen with the mat/person outline. hopefully the store I purchased the kit from allows returns..
