This app worth 1 star because tracking system is worst than ever. I'm wondering why they implemented when they don't want to show real-time info. Moreover, most buses are always late, and when we call, we have to wait like 15-20 minutes and now it's buggy, lot of bugs in there since last two-three updates, that must be improve.no-doubt UI is good.

To book it online is very good facility but when special situation arise then its functionality will get tested. For example, I wanted to cancel a ticket because bus is more than one hour late. I was trying through app as well as website where both are giving error. I kept on trying for sometime. After that I called customer care and lady there flatly refused to do it because the time left for original bus departure is less than one hour. This happened because of this appis not working properly

The app is good for booking a new journey, but when tried to reschedule the journey it is not allowing even details are correct and the journey date is 24 hours later. Kindly check this issue as it is a very convenient feature for users if they have any change in the journey plan. Also need improvisation in server side and loading time.
