My initial impression was that the app was great. However, it turns out that although you can use Google pay on the website, you can't in the app! And when I try to use the website, it now just directs me towards the app and won't let me buy through the website. Google pay is much faster for me than other options. Very annoying.

App installs in less than 5 seconds which is odd. Not only that but when the app opens, it gets stuck on the app logo and its like that for 15 minutes plus and I just got this new galaxy S25 so I don't know why there would be any issues with the app opening. please fix this as soon as possible. (Update)... It's perfectly fine now. don't know what the deal with that was. checked back this morning and took maybe 5 seconds to open.

Onyx v5 midnight drop has opened my eyes to how bad this company really is. It was aimed at loyalty members, i am a max tier loyalty member and was one of the first in queue to buy and right as I went to checkout was kicked from the website and brought back to the app homepage. To be such a loyal customer and have a experience like this is a joke, I ask customer support for help and get the same copy paste message over and over. Save your money and time and shop YoungLA
