Ratings and reviews

This app is the worst. They need to get with the times and make it more user friendly and accessible. Working with chromecast and other apps would be a good start. Also, with the rise in cord cutting they should make it to where this can be purchased without a cable plan. Many of us refuse to pay for cable now but, miss our movies and would be happy to pay a little extra.

I love Hallmark Channel but your app is terrible and needs work. Like many other users posted, the app does not bookmark where you left off if you get interrupted. If a call comes in or something happens that interrupts the show, it starts over at the beginning every time and there is no way to get back to where you were. So frustrating to waste that much time just to have to start over. Please fix this issue! This is not acceptable! 😠😖

If you don't mind uninstalling and reinstalling the app at least once a week, it's an OK app. A cable provider login is required. It seems after a certain amount of days, I'm automatically logged out. When that happens, I click login and it does nothing. I uninstall the app, reinstall, and login again with my cable provider. When the app works, the movies usually load after 1 or 2 attempts. I've had the same issues w/ it for a couple years. I stay for the Hallmark content. The app is a headache.
