Terrible app. Nothing it legible on the screen on Android. Everything is cut off so you cannot tell what your are pressing. Icons are non responsive most of the time. You would think such a large company could get it together to provide an app that is clean, modern, efficient and most importantly, usable. Even the links on the app only lead to web pages or expect you to call, rather than chat. Terrible. Get it together please.

The interface on this app is awful. In order to get into the app, you need multifactor authentication, totally fine and normal. When you try to change apps on your phone to get to your authenticator app or to your email, you get bumped out and have to start all over. What is the point of having an app if you need another device at the same time to get into your account? Just use your computer.
