Ratings and reviews

The way the Brigit score is calculated is perplexing. At a moment when I could really use an advance, which is the only reason I'm willing to pay for a monthly "subscription," I don't qualify because of the score although I've repaid my previous advances on time. Very disappointing!!!!

I've used this app for approximately 2 months, repaid all advances time, and I'm still at the lowest advance level. I have good credit, steady income, and I have more than enough money coming into my account each month. Given the fees, this app simply isn't worth using moving forward. * I also don't at all appreciate your condescending response. I make well over $7,000 a month; I think I can't handle $50 advances. The entire point of using this app was to build the limit higher just in case.

Very bad!! Wish I'd NEVER used them. They tried to say they got disconnected with my bank 4 times. I had to go bank info again each time. I got an email saying I have the first month free. Then I got a text saying my account was past due!! It was due on the 30th and they sent that message on the 29th. So it's the 30th and they didn't take the money out. I went back into the app and tried to pay it myself instead of the autopay. It said I was unable to pay my advance EARLY!!
