I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this app as a rider. DO NOT USE THIS APP. 90% of the time, I've attempted to book and received NO RESPONSE. The drivers are usually 2+ hours late and do last minute custom pickups. There are very few regulations to prevent getting scammed. There is NO RELIABLE WAY TO BOOK A RIDE and every single experience I've had with a driver has been absolutely terrible. Terrible app and the prices are barely cheaper than just booking a bus. Just book a bus.

I had a terrible experience with this service. I booked a ride in advance, payment went through, and the trip was showing in the app. I arrived at the pickup location on time, but the driver was 17 minutes late. Being new to the city, I was stressed and unsure if I was even in the right place. I messaged the driver multiple times and got no reply. When the driver finally arrived, they casually told me they had canceled my trip because they were full—without sending any notification beforehand.

The only thing is it needs to be worth the trip if you were just going to make some money. Also, I still never got paid from the first trip. Trips for passengers get a great deal, however. Had some great passengers, good conversation and connections to help each other. I think this will be the next big app. Some tweaking needs to take place as traffic, dropping ppl takes time and delays it needs to allow for more editing of trips. It wouldn't let me post the trip for the same day back.
