I've been working with homealow for a little over a month now and it's been pretty easy to work with. Only thing is the prices for most homes aren't a fair price. Most customers believe we can do so much in such little time and not enough pay. Other than that I've really enjoyed using the app to connect with customers and receiving every single 5 star ⭐ review. I've been top cleaner since the 1st week I started.☺️

Thanks for your feedback and for being a top cleaner, Yvonne! If a job seems underpriced, do a quick walkthrough with the customer to set expectations. They can add time if needed. You can also adjust your hourly rate to reflect travel and supply costs. Note that your new rate will only apply to future jobs. Keep up the great work!

Seemed great at first-no cost and I booked my first job so quickly and then a 2nd the next day. Then come to find out Homeaglow canceled the jobs on the clients behalf because the app requires a "welcome " phone call to be completed. I have rearranged my days and scheduled the calls at least 3 times- they still have not called. I got a text today asking when we could have the call, they agreed to a time today, and once again --no call. no call means no work. about to uninstall

This APP is a joke. Most of the people who book jobs don't even know they booked a job. I drove 45 minutes to a complex where every building looked the same, the numbers were all messed up and there was no service. It took me 15 min to find the house and when I there the woman said she never made an appointment and turned me away. They refused to pay me cause I was late getting to the apartment. I have not gotten a lead in 2 months. DONT USE THIS APP!!! If I could do negative stars I would.

Hi there! While clients can cancel up to 6 hours before their appointment, a $20 payment is issued if it occurs within that window and meets policy conditions.
