I was happy initially when this cafeteria started in my office, but from the last few weeks the people running the cafeteria seem not interested. They are not even present at counter, and always go to the kitchen, they don't have anything to do with customer. sometimes dishes like poha and macroni which are ready and we order it, but since no one is present at counter we have to wait and they don't even look at orders in the machine. Even roadside eateries are more customer friendly than this.

Useless and complicated app. One has to swipe QR code multiple times post order making it inconvenient. There are issues nobody looks into but you are forced to use.

The app got downloaded however failed to install initially however after numerous attempts it was installed. I have absolutely no idea what is wrong about it.
