The app is horrible. it's nearly impossible to check out in some phones as the bag falls underneath the top information rather than below it or on the bottom like other fast-food apps. it's an exercise in frustration just to order their food, and then you have to hope they get the order correct at the store. heaven help you if you press or slide to go back as you can lose items as well.

Unfortunately the app doesn't cooperate well with my phone (Google Pixel), the top of the screen is covered by my notification bar so I can't open my cart or click the 3 lines to get into my settings. It still hasn't been fixed yet so I'm gonna leave a one star review until it gets passed along. Just use the browser version on your phone if the app doesn't work.

piss poor performance on android and doesn't even let you put in a debit card to check out, just a zip code. like I thought the McDonald's app was bad and here Freddy's is setting a new low. how does a food ordering app not let you enter a payment option? I'm trying to give you my money and you make it physically impossible. not to mention that if you swipe off the app to check something else real quick it just deletes your cart and you have to start again.
