Ratings and reviews

Poor UI experience overall. It's very laggy and slow (I'm on a S21 Ultra, so no, it isn't me). Also just bad design choices that make the app frustrating. Hit the back button? That closes the whole app, no matter what. Choosing options for your burger? You'll need to hit a button that says "More Please!" with the picture of pickles to find the rest of your topping choices, rather than a "more toppings" button. Feedback for the app sends you to a form that is just feedback for the restaurant.

Laggy and amateurish app. Seems to offer Apple Pay as a payment option but would not work st checkout. Had to manually enter my card info. Also, I tried to redeem my reward item, which appeared in my bag at checkout, but was not part of my order when received. I asked the lady at the drive-thru window about it, and she said it "happens all the time. The app doesn't work right." So, using the app both wasted my time and caused my meal to be incomplete.
