I've usually had no problems with this app but rhe past 2 weeks, the music has stopped randomly, the video takes forever to load, the app just stops working all together. My son just woke up and I couldn't play the music on the app so we just used an iPad and played white noise. What is the point of an app if it doesn't work and so many people are complaining! The whole point of reviews if for your company to see then and make adjustments accordingly.

After latest updates this app has become complete garbage! No longer will send you an audible alert unless your phone's screen is always on with the app always open. I used to get audible alerts with my phone screen locked and while using other apps. Now I get nothing. Not even a push notification. Literally have to go to my video feed to see if anything happened. Customer care is non existent. No one ever available to chat, no one ever gets back to you and calling is a joke. Garbage!

Dangerously terrible app. Fails to open most of the time. Fails to stay connected, always has to reload image upon opening and mostly fails to open app with image. When it does open(1/20 times or so), it lags terribly. You're better off buying a 30 dollar camera than this overpriced piece of garbage. Very disappointed that I spent money on this anxiety provoking "camera". Though, it would have to show a picture to be considered a camera, wouldn't it?
