I accepted a trial subscription for this app, I tried to cancel & thought I succeeded. Unfortunately cancellation did not go thru. They took their payment in February & are trying to take another payment from my card for March. I've gone thru everything in/on my account to find out how to cancel, when you click on how to cancel it just tells you why you should NOT cancel. I want it cancelled NOW. I do not want to pay another $29.99 for something I have/will not use! Somebody please help!!

they tell you one dollar charge and then charge you 23.86 every month claiming its a subscription that is non refundable. do not trust this app
