I needed to add my new membership card. When searching for my new card, it simply wouldn't load all the way. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling & installing again, deleting all data & cache. Now the museum won't even pull up. I've used this app before in the past for the same museum & didn't have an issue. Now it just doesn't work at all & it's incredibly frustrating.

I am able to use the app to bring up my membership, however it will only show my membership if I query with my name and phone number in spite of having downloaded the emembership card. If I just bring up the app and hit Show Membership, the app never finds or displays anything. I must search by phone number and name each and every time I bring up the app, and this takes about a minute to come up, making me wonder if the app will find it at all. It does load the card into Google wallet however.

Pure garbage. every time I open the app, the membership I saved and favorited is gone. then I set it up again, click it, nothing happens. reopen the app, it's gone again. half the time the search is not working. this is by far the worst app I've had ever since I had a smartphone
