Very basic and not as comprehensive as the STC apo where you can do things like activate a new line and reactivate disconnected lines. And on a side note, Zain's remote Customer care service in the aforementioned aspects is pretty much useless. You have to visit a physical branch to get anything done.

zain is very nice network. I am using from june 2016. only some time give problem, may be some technical issues. But i feel better about Zain

Zain, as a company, is corrupt. They have zero accountability. They take money from your account without explanation, and there's no way to find out what they are charging you for. I have switched to another company and I'm getting rid of this useless app and this worthless company.
