I agree with others; help is nonexistent. I keep getting the "Growlr experienced an error. Try again later" message... five weeks. I emailed with all info and they replied to make sure I try all the things I just told them I already tried. They did not respond to my second or third request for help. I've been a (mostly) paying member since the get-go. It appears they just don't care. It's a bigger bummer because I was just starting to connect with one bear.

Good but there's still lots of technical issues. Receiving an error and the only way to fix it is to completely reset and reinstall? That sucks. There needs to be a way to back up chats. Losing contacts like that really bums me out man. Get with the times! Had this happen multiple times. But overall worth it. I'm happy with the guys I've met through here.

It works ok. Support is non existent. You pay for pro subscription. All you get for support is delete and reinstall. For Android users, all messages and contacts are lost. If your tech problems continues, well too bad paying member, you're screwed. It's annoying to no end especially when the problem is on the server and not your device. They refuse to address the problem.
