the AI that they added sends way to many likes and messages on its own. it's made the app extremely frustrating to use and the fact that you need to opt out of it makes it even worse. id give it zero stars if I could. edited to add: I have disabled the AI feature. it doesn't stop me from getting "likes" and "messages" from people who don't have it disabled. and to reference other reviews, I also get notifications of matches and messages that aren't there when I open the app and aren't missed.

STOP CHANGING MY FILTERS!!!!! Useless app I've been on it 8 years have met no one. The app shows you people 100 miles away and changes your filters after 3 people who are a little closer to you. Not to mention the app has a rating of 4.1 but every review that sounds like its from a real person is negative, pretty damn fishy to me. if you're looking to actually meet people this isn't the app for you.

I paid for gold+, over the past few days it no longer lets me "like" anyone within the Trending categories "Curated, Online, or New Users" without paying additional for "Prime Likes". What a terrible app thats riddled with fake profiles and bots. Im canceling and deleting. Id like a full refund. 6/10 Update: Customer support was helpless and kept saying they are testing new features. Those features severely limit your subscription and force you to pay more. They refused my refund.
