My first attempt to download the app was a struggle. I had also asked for assistance from the technical team and did what they told me to do: disable the firewall, or other anti-virus software (which I kind of felt weird about because it might threaten my data security considering that I am also using this device for work). But thanks to my tech-savvy brother who helped me in activating this app extension. During the exam, there was no major problem encountered. So overall, it was great!

Overall a good experience. The mobile app worked very well, and the laptop program was stable accessing both the questions and the internet. There should have been clearer instructions on the fact you could not use a wired headset and you needed a frame for your phone so it's camera could be directed onto you. Once those issues were overcome the whole process went very smoothly.

I'm sorry but not sorry. During the TOEIC test, the app closed down during the Listening part, as consequence that I last time to restart it, and lost concentration on the exam. En so, I lost a lot of points because of it (my phone was at 3 meters from me, it was in charge as required). My final score was 775 for a minimum needed of 785 points, I really feel frustrated to know that I could have had succeed without that issue..
